Returns & refunds are accepted 30 days from purchase date. Please contact us first to make arrangements for the return, exchange or refund of products.

All items are to be returned in there original packaging & undamaged. If a product has been damaged, washed or soiled no refund will be given.

Postage is to be paid by the buyer, unless item sent is the wrong item, postage will be paid by Naughty Horse if this is the case.

Shipping is via Aust Post. We offer standard, registered or express.

Some items are on weight so when buying the cost will be calculated on weight over multiable items at the standard rate Aust Post charges.

Please be aware if you choose not to register your parcel Naughty Horse will not be held responsible for undelivered items through Aust Post, but Naughty Horse will provide proof of postage to you the buyer.
